மக்களாட்சி

 

 

மக்களாட்சி வராது
இன்றோ
இவ்வருடத்திலோ
இல்லை என்றுமே
பயத்தினாலும் சமரசத்தினாலும்

எனக்கும் அத்தனை உரிமையும்  உண்டு
அடுத்தவன் போலவே ....
நிற்க 
என் இரண்டு பாதம் ஊன்றி 
நிலத்தை உரிமை கொள்ளவும்

அத்தனை அயர்வாய் இருக்கிறது
மக்கள் சொல்ல கேட்கையில்
நடக்கும் படி நடக்கட்டும் என்று
இறந்தபின் என்  சுதந்திரம்
எனக்கு தேவையில்லை
நாளைய ரொட்டியில்
நான் வாழ முடியாது

சுதந்திரம்
ஒரு வலிய விதை
ஒரு அதீத தேவையில்
விதைக்கப்படுவது

இங்கே வாழ்கிறேன் ,நானும்
எனக்கு சுதந்திரம் வேண்டும்
உன்னை போலவே ....

Democracy will not come
